Solved everything but the center clue, 69 down. Still don't get the logic even after reading the article. Good demonstration that not everyone thinks alike.
Great crossword, imaginative and fun. Thanks.
Well...the mallet was a bit far-fetched. And never heard of Whac a mole so would have never picked up on that. Anyway, interesting puzzle and enjoyed solving it.
Clever puzzle. Enjoyed solving it. Thank you.
Great puzzle and lots of fun. Thank you.
Clever. I didn't get the con/pro aspect but I did find the answers. Thanks for the challenge.
In spite of being hampered by squares too small to hold 4 letters and my lack of knowledge of Pixar movies, I enjoyed solving this crossword. Clue 85A gave me a hint to the crossword's logic. Great puzzle. Thanks
Bravo! Thanks for the challenge.
Great puzzle! Thanks for the challenge.
65A stumped me. But not being a Latin specialist, although I can site the Mass in Latin, I deferred to the solution. Clever crossword. Thanks for the challenge.
Good puzzle. I take issue with one clue 59 down "Weep." To my knowledge "SO" is not a current musical note. But I guess it's an old version of "SOL."
Not easy, but thanks for the challenge.
Clever!! Thanks for the challenge.
Great crossword! Had to think a bit for the mixed company clues, but decided to use good old paper and pencil to get the solve the anagrams. Thanks for the challenge
I only got one half of the state in each rebus. But for the answers that included them I did get the correct answer without using the rebus. Anyway, a clever crossword. Thanks
Well...My copy of the NYT crossword didn't have any shaded squares so I missed the "enjoyment" of that part of the puzzle. Plus after 115A there was an extra square to fill in which is not shown on the answer key. Please pass this on to your copy editors. In spite of these errors, it was a good crossword.
@Sebastian the eighth inning of a baseball game.
Fun puzzle, and brought back Saturday mornings in front of the TV. Clues 53 and 91 across helped me to solve the crossword. Once I had those two answers the rest was easier. Thanks.
I got the answer to the clue at 101A and it made me think of a very popular sitcom. But I didn't quite catch the meaning of the clue at 101D - intersecting answer. Oh well. Great puzzle. Thank you.
