Ooh! Ooh! I spot "Musician Brian", 3 letters on my first pass. Is today the day it will be MAY??? I check the cross for the first letter. I sigh. It will not.
@JP Inframan I've never had a Red Delicious that wasn't mealy. (Which is also why I've never bought one- my experience of them is from my school lunch days.)
I've never met a Utahn who spelled it "Utahan." And I've known a lot. That's definitely not the typical spelling.
@Andrzej "I tawt I taw a puddy tat" is what Tweety says instead of "I thought I saw a pus sy cat", that's how he talks.
@Ernest When you're washing a window, you can see your reflection.
@shinymcshine It took me a bit to figure that one out. There are two of them They are "e"s (plural of "e".)
@John While either is accepted, the actual answer is IE/EI- the slash means it's one answer across, another answer down for that square.
@Sarah as in baseball. If you're safe, you stay on base. If you're out, you aren't safe.
Anyone else read 46D (haha, D) and immediately hear in their head "cut a hole in a box..." (Just me? I'll see myself out)
I usually like rebuses but this was too much. I felt the way I do about voting- I did it but I didn't enjoy it.
@Ken I call foul on them being "docs." That's not how anyone refers to an OT. And many of them work in settings that aren't rehab (most I interact with are either in school settings or feeding clinics.) I felt this one was very lazily and confusingly clued.
@Robert Google tells me it's an archaic word for lopsided.
I was very skeptical about HUNDO. (Blank) P would have been a MUCH better clue, as that's the only context I've ever encountered it used in.
