If there was ever a group that appreciates the fact that language matters, it's NYT crossword fans. So to that endβand please accept this in the spirit in which this is presented β I object to using "old" as a definition for "obsolete." It's in these small ways that language subtly shapes how we view people, things, and ideas. Words matter.
Isn't this Tuesday? Was when I woke up.
I enjoyed this, no matter the age of the constructor.
IMED? When was the last time someone "IMED"? 1992? 96? This puzzle was terrible, and I finished it without much headache.
This was enjoyable for sure!
Clever, but smart clever! Very fun romp through the grid. Thanks Daniel Grinberg!
Good one today. Impressive debut. Hope to see more from Henry!
Squirrels chitter. Birds twitter. This puzzle was...um...unenjoyable if I'm being polite.
@MC I could have written that. Ugh. Dreadful. And agree with your thoughts on the Bee 100%
My husband, who is thrice-degreed from MIT, would like to offer a correction. π "Some M.I.T. grads, in brief" are not EES. They are EECS. The degree has long been Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. EES is MIT's algorithm that teaches robots to teach themselves. Please accept this comment with the open-hearted nerd love of the crossword in which it is intended. π
Loved it! Very fun puzzle.
What a fun, fun, fun puzzle! Bravo!
Outstanding from start to finish. Funny, enough of a challenge, clever - just great all around. More from Danny, please.
Are you sure you didn't switch Tuesday and Thursday? :) Super easy today. Tuesday was a slog.
Good puzzle. That is all. :)
Super enjoyable puzzle! More please!
Curio shop treasure - Oddity? That's not an item, that's their stock-in-trade.
Very fun puzzle today! Thanks, Landon!
Very fun puzzle. Made me smile to remember those cute characters I watched as kid. πΊπ»π
