Great Monday puzzle. And, as always, a great intro by Sam!

Fun, clever puzzle. Thank you. And thank you for the advice on how to deal with trauma. It probably was not easy to write about it, so I appreciate that you did.

Absolutely loved 30 across!

52 down was a delight! Bore/snore. Great Monday puzzle. Thank you.

Brilliant! Wonderful to see anagrams again. Thank you, setter.

Great Wednesday puzzle and a lot of fun to solve. Thanks!

Glad you’re back and feeling good again. Love your intros!

That was great fun! Thank you.

Excellent Sunday puzzle! Rebuses, salad dressing recipe, Middle March crossing Beware the Ides, two Caesars. Thank you!

Very clever, but accessible. I look forward to more of your puzzles in the future!

Fun, elegant Tuesday puzzle! Thank you for a most pleasant experience.

Fruitful and a lot of fun! Thank you.

Loved this puzzle!

That was an elegant start to the week. Thank you!

That was a great puzzle, to showcase ASL is important. Thank you!

My favorites are the Wednesday and Thursday themed puzzles. More challenging and interesting themes.

Bravo, double 00 Rooney! Looking forward to many more of your puzzles.

So glad to have you back, Sam! I have missed your wise and encouraging comments.

Loved this puzzle! Thank you for the fun.

Thanks for all your hints and encouragement over the years. Best wishes for a happy and prosperous new adventure!

Great puzzle with some wonderful clues. Four across (abcs) and particularly fifty down (viola) were great fun. Clever theme as well. Even 25 years ago grade inflation was a problem, and now AI has undoubtedly made grading essays challenging.

Clever grid art and theme! Also the grid itself was elegant. Thank you for a fun experience. A good level, I thought, for a Wednesday puzzle.

If this was at the Friday level for this week, what does tomorrow have in store for us?

Interesting puzzle and absolutely perfect photo!

Thanks! This was an interesting puzzle and a lot of fun.

Absolutely stunning puzzle!

Loved 10 down!

Clever puzzle. A delightful Sunday workout it! Thanks.

A very clever theme! Thanks for the smiles.

Great puzzle! A real treat for people using iPads now that the electronic version of puns, anagrams, and cryptic are no longer available. Thanks to the setter for the treat.

Loved 21 across! Thanks for the treat.

Terrific Thursday puzzle! Thanks for the challenge.

Great intro, Sam!

But all worth reading!

Great puzzle. A real workout and extra tricky. Challenging and a grand use of the letter Q. Thank you!

Great puzzle and theme, for a morning puzzle!

Yes, I do agree. Absolutely agree!

Wonderful Wednesday puzzle. Thank you!

Loved the puzzle. Really didn’t like the photo. Poor dog—haven’t you ever had an itch you couldn’t scratch. I think I understand what you were trying to convey. Just too creepy!
