Very crunchy puzzle, great Thursday! (And no lookups either, woot!)
Really chewy with some nice little misdirects like MOoN/MORN and Port/PIER. For a little while I was sure that ROYALFLUSH was going to end with luncH. Looking forward to more puzzles from this constructor!

@Xword Junkie A luchador is a male wrestler in the Mexican style, where they wear fantastic masks (from the Spanish "luchar"/"to fight"). Per Spanish grammar, a female wrestler gets an "a" at the end, hence LUCHADORA. For further reference, check out the Jack Black movie Nacho Libre (jk jk)
I love Stephen FRY and so knew for sure that was the correct answer for the V for Vendetta clue. That probably added a good couple minutes to my time.
@Bee Winberg I would imagine the Venn diagram intersection of people who do the NYT Sunday crossword and people who believe in demons is sufficiently small enough that the editors weren't too worried.

Great puzzle! I got stuck on crossing cOil/DIGin instead of FOAM/DIGAT. Nice misdirect (albeit annoying).
I had ZOOMIEOFFICE for a while and couldn't figure out how it fit with the theme lol

@Andrzej American here. Once I started measuring baking ingredients in grams (shout-out to GBBO) I never looked back. I have no clue why my culture insists on complicated nonsense like liquid vs dry cups etc etc
@redweather IMO, ADU is a better descriptor than "in-law apartment" which is the term it replaces
@Rolando HAR as in a sarcastic "Hardy har har" typically used in response to things like bad puns etc - maybe it's an Americanism? Do any other anglophone countries use this one?
