@dutchiris I didn't need the title to figure out the dashes/hyphens -- the DASHEDLINE answer was plenty. What annoyed me was that after trying LINE, my next attempt was to go back and change them to slashed rebuses thinking that the appearance of L/- I/- N/- E/- was the dashed line it was looking for. Lots of typing to then change it back to just -. But I thought it was clever.

I was almost certain that a person idolized by a niche audience was going to be some sort of saint (someone who would have a statue or icon in a literal niche) but that wasn't the case.

@Ian exactly. I got TEE from the dash and moved on, so I had no idea that was meant to be clueless. I also kept expecting that "turning the key" would result in a seven letter word starting ATM, and that led me astray for a long time.

This was fun but I was blocked for a while since the source of rhythm for electronic music would obviously be an OSCILLATOR. Too literal for a Saturday, I guess.
