@Francis If you're looking for the real answer, it's due to the fact that (at the time of the coining of "saturnine"), Saturn was the furthest and coldest planet from the sun. Thus, those of "saturnine" dispositions were aloof and icy.

@Dave Munger Although the I isn’t in TOPTEN, it is still discernible even without knowing what a Neti Pot is. The I in NETIPOT is also the I in the vertical circles, which spell INSIDE.
