Have completed the puzzle every day in 2024 but always have to do an answer check. Today was the very first day I ever did it all on my own and got my first streak star! Feeling proud.
This was not a Wednesday puzzle. Irk.

I do the puzzle and finish it every day. I often smirk to myself when the clever clues come into light for me. Aha- that was a good one- you got me NYT! Not this puzzle though. Did not enjoy it at all. Was irritated and felt like a chore. Nothing smirk worthy. Onto the next.

@JohnWM I race here everyday after I finish the puzzle. Last week for the stuffed pizza crust my eyes bugged out when I saw over 900 comments! I’m always amazed at what people write about. Lots of smarties. Lots of babies. But love it all.

I got the ! pretty quickly. ( I agree with the others that bang and an exclamation point being used interchangeably was not a good puzzle structure- but I’m not mad about it.) But I just didn’t enjoy the solve. Wasn’t the usual Thursday joy of getting tricked over and over and feeling proud when I figured it out. Onto the next!
Been finishing the puzzle every day since the start of the year. Just realized I don’t have any #s in my streaks. Can anyone assist on how I can get that started? I have my stats and completed numbers… just not those. Thanks in advance!
