@acjones I had the exact same problem. Finally just switched “hattnees” whatever that is to “hat trees” and puzzle was solved.
@Charles Peterson it’s a very well known movie, and sicario isn’t the name of a character. It means hitman in Spanish.
@Andrew Just too hard for you. It’s a Saturday puzzle. No shame in struggling.
@LeCheffre as in the “meat” of an issue
@Patricia Henry I had to check the dictionary afterwards. Sure enough: career 2 of 2 verb careered; careering; careers intransitive verb : to go at top speed especially in a headlong manner
@Apurv or maybe Saturday is just too hard for you? No shame in that.
@Darren Maybe just own up to not being very good at crosswords?
@Andrew lol a simple google search of the term “over arm” will show it’s in wide use.
@Steve H So what? So if the clue was “1930s German leader” would you refrain from entering Hitler?
@Randi Maybe stop to consider that your knowledge of the world is limited?
@Peggy Hicks It’s cute but it doesn’t fit the theme.
Lol. From Wikipedia: “The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, commonly known as the United Kingdom (UK) or Britain,[l] is a country in northwestern Europe, off the coast of the continental mainland.“
