BAS-RELIEF crossed with BOFFO is diabolical

It’s called a “toll booth” and I won’t hear anything otherwise

Absolutely hated the theme until I finished and saw the fingers revealed. Now I retract my hate. Very clever.

That SPOOR / EPAULET cross was not called for

Ahhh term limits… if only

This puzzle further proves that the English language is not meant to be understood.

50 across is what crosswords are all about. Brilliant.

Solving “a job for a summer” made me audibly laugh. Nice one.

The Tyrone Biggums shout out is incredible 😂

I am 38 years old and never realized the ABC song and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star had the same tune

Yeah this was brutal, and not in a good way

A 1960’s movie crossed with a 1970’s TV show crossed with “no salt” is diabolical

21 down 😏

Very poor clue for “AMIRITE”. Come on.

I really don’t understand the braid thing, and why filling them in so that the down answers made sense wasn’t correct.

Can confidently say I have never known that those stringy orange bits are called PITHS. Learned something new!

Ahhhh.. a fun theme that actually makes sense :)

Not the greatest theme. A few of them were a REAL stretch and were not satisfying to solve.

I refuse to believe TUTEE is a real word

Great puzzle! Loved the theme

No one "uses pot".

Trinidadian beer crossed with North African fortress is diabolical

Never thought I’d give up on a puzzle where “Food is ______ at dinner” was a clue

Brutal cluing in the top left quadrant

Seriously though.. how many RIVERS are there???

I don’t understand how the solution for “enlists for” is “ropes into”. The person who gets them to enlist is the one doing the roping.

Anyone else think it was TOPTOP, especially after there was a TOOTOO?

Putting Donna and Kara side by side was diabolical

Back to back French clues crossed with a proper noun is diabolical

“Yea or nay” is absolute rubbish

Is NABOB a mitsake?

I really thought it was PUN STARS and im disappointed that it’s not
