@This is me. It just means “antic” like a prank or harmless joke. In case you’re unfamiliar with it, ding-dong-ditch is when kids ring someone’s doorbell and then run away.
Shout out to all those who complete the puzzle without autocheck turned on. If I had tried that today, I think I would’ve thrown my iPad at the wall.
Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Also, any puzzle with a Neil Peart or Rush reference gets a 10/10 from me.
God bless everyone who completes this puzzle without “auto-check” turned on. You are better people than I am.
@Janet If England doesn't belong to Europe, what continent is it on now after leaving the EU? The EU is not the same as Europe, since Europe definitely existed before the EU did.
That was fantastic. I loved Saturday’s puzzle and I loved today’s puzzle. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed two puzzles so much so close together.
This is one of those days where I give extra respect to the people who don’t use autocheck for these puzzles. I am definitely not one of those people.
This is random, but I’m really enjoying Vanessa Carlton’s “Liberman” (2015) album as background music for crossword solving. It’s mellow, lyrical, easy listening. Just throwing it out there if anyone’s looking for something to listen to a on Sunday morning.
@Lewis I would like to sign on to this comment. I feel exactly the same way, but you expressed it much better than I can. This puzzle offered a great start to a Sunday morning
I enjoyed it. I couldn’t care less that it was easier than normal. For the record, today’s Pips puzzle was also really quick for me compared to what I normally do.
