I'm really disliking these pop-ups that block puzzles in the app every time I open them.
Anyone else compete the puzzle before "getting" it?
Still think a rebus would have worked, e.g., "aye" in the circled box confirmed by an overlapping "aye" on the bias, "yes" confirming "yes" & "amen" for an "amen" (very churchy), but hey ... variety is the spice of life. "Sol but not Luna" was my favorite, because of the subject matter.
Initially slow, but then finished about 15 min. faster than usual. ππ§π§
Fun puzzle. Nice topic. I'm hungry! The circles for some of the trick clues but not for others seemed inconsistent, though I can see why that approach was taken.
I finished this about twice as fast as my average, and don't even know what I did.
Took me a while to figure out "C.Y.A." ;P Am I the only one who uses swype mode for texting?
@BobSolo I had everything else before wafflemaker, even though I've actually used one at a breakfast bar. π€£
@Norwood Also coffeemaker, muffin-something (maker, for instance, because there's an appliance for everything now), etc. etc. ;P
@Grant I also prefer the genuine article. π¦ Call me Crabby in California.
