Nice to have a themeless under my belt again after not being able to finish that brutal Saturday puzzle last weekend. Thanks for the nice debut Kelvin!
After that easy outing I wager the Saturday will be brutal.
Glad to see the last few Saturdays have had some teeth. Happy to say I got through this one about fifteen minutes faster than last Saturday but was still way above my average. Overall excellent themeless puzzles this month. Keep bringing these constructors back editors!
@Michael I'm curious which Saturdays in 2023 you had the most trouble with. I'm going back through the archive slowly and was thinking of tackling something more difficult this weekend..
Just like the clue for 57-Across, based on their Wordplay notes, the constructor too seems full of themselves. Agree with Sam below. Too easy for a Saturday.
