Yeah, I’m not a fan of TINCT either.

Just came here to say that I spent more than double my average Friday time on this, resorted to looking up several obscurities, and had as much fun as the last time I had a root canal. Not cool.

I was halfway through a rant about “Make a run for it!” as a clue for SEAT, when I realized it was talking about running for a political seat. I was stuck on the memory of festival seating concerts in the ‘70s (which most solvers don’t know existed.) Was that obvious enough to everyone else that it didn’t even merit a “tricky clue” mention?

This was a Wednesday record for me too, Less than half my average.

Yesterday and today both went quick and smoothly for me (about half my average times.) Y’all are gonna slam us tomorrow, aren’t you?

I’m not usually a fan of Thursdays, but this had a nice flow. I ended up with my best Thursday time.
