@Mos its something cis people experience too, just not normally labeled as such. A well fitting suit, a dress that hangs just right etc positively confirm how you relate to your body.

In much the same way that I enjoy stretching my mind towards languages I do not speak, or cultures I am only vaguely aware of, as a man I enjoy the OPI and ESSIE fills. As an ex mathematician, I had a huge easy down word in this grid, and it was a big help, but still enough fiddly corners to find challenges in. Very fun.

Lot of deserved praise for 9D, but after filling the NW third i was pretty stuck. Walked away, and COMEHITHER opened up the rest of the grid. Feels so goid when it all cracks open at once like that.

Got a bit stuck on rara avis vs its english alternative, but otherwise, felt like a good level of challenge.

@Doug "The Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your Mate is a 1992 nonfiction book by Baptist pastor Gary Chapman.[1]", from wikipedia. "Men are from mars, women from venus" for the new millenia ie nonsense about relationships without a sound factual basis.

@Kirsten I'm in Oz too and I thought I would never get them too, but it's only been a couple of years for me and they feel challenging instead of utterly obstruse. The American reference frame though is almost always a bit of a hurdle
