@Laura Stratton exactly. I’m currently on my highest gold star streak, no lookups (57), but I’ve completed a lifetime 1355 puzzles. That’s almost 4 years of nearly ever day. And I still remember when I did my first Monday, I when I finally completed my first full week, and first full month, etc. I have no one to compete against except myself so it’s worth the time and challenge.
@pmom I wish I could recommend this comment 1000x times. That was a brutal cross- along with the Indian film trilogy .
@Stylus Happenstance It took a half hour to “finish” the puzzle, and another half hour to fix treeleaves/cerel
@Joan and same here too. Lost a good streak with abase instead of abash.
@JayTee I cloth diapered both of my kids just 5-8 years ago. We used something called Snappis that have little stretchy plastic grippers for the cloth. Perfectly safe :)
I feel like I had a glitch in my puzzle on the app. The K of LEAK/STINK I had as LEAKS/STINKS because I thought all of the edges were to be rebused. I couldn’t figure out why I was not gold-starring until I defeatedly clicked to check the puzzle and it was a single letter K. Did I miss something?
