I didn't like this one. Lots of questionable clues (BLAST, BONESUPON, GAGA, APE), too many abbreviations and informal words, too many short clues with ambiguous answers, and a boring theme. Solving this felt like a chore

Decent puzzle; the theme was fairly easy to figure out. My personal pet peeve though is when there's two crossing American-focused clues that can't really be deduced, like UTES and TBS. The T was the last square I filled out which I only did by trying every letter on the keyboard

I'm being nitpicky, but the BE in BENIGNLY is not pronounced like the letter, but like "big" without the G. From the Cambridge Dictionary: /bɪˈnaɪn.li/
