I have only recently started taking the plunge into Friday and Saturday puzzles, and this might be the first I’ve gotten fully with no help! Agree with everyone that the misdirection led to sections going untouched on one pass, and then perfectly falling into place on the next. Nothing too obscure, just fun. Favorites were “step in the shower” and “they might raise your kids”
@B thanks for the kind words. I think I had unnecessarily built them up to be something way too difficult to even contemplate for longer than I should have. I started on them a few months ago after I crossed the 1,500 puzzles completed threshold (mostly M, Tu, W, and Su)…crazy to think I waited that long! As everyone here knows, some days things just fall into place easier for no real reason. However, I will say that more often I have found myself absolutely struggling through a Friday or Saturday, and the top comments say “Friday’s are getting too easy!” or the like. Too funny. I’ll take this one and run, and I’ll drop the BOOSTERSEATS here moving forward.
