I didn't get the homonym-hominem homonym until I'd finished the puzzle, but this was a very clever theme. Now that I'm done I love it.

I was completely baffled by the theme. Having seen it now, it's quite clever, I just wish I'd been able to figure it out

I was surprised at how genuinely annoying the penciled in answers were. I had a harder time ignoring them than I would've expected

Great theme and puzzle, but I think there should be a cap on Star Trek related clues in one puzzle

I got all of the theme clues without figuring out the theme and had to use Check to finish the rest. Really tough theme but I can app the cleverness of it. I really didn’t like the Annapolis frosh clue. I was stuck there for ages and even after figuring it out, I thought it was a major stretch

This was a fun one, although for the most part I just ignored the starred clues to actually solve the puzzle. Only after I’d finished did I figure out how the answers made sense

Great puzzle for the most part, but as someone who can't drink coffee, I was baffled by the "Coffee option" clue. Should've figured it out anyway, but I eventually had to give up. Cool theme though

I'm very surprised by the comment section; I didn't find this any harder than a regular Tuesday. My biggest gripes were that the slogan "Hello Moto" predates smartphones and that I've never heard of jugs used as instruments, but other than that I thought it was fine. Not a big fan of the theme though, I found it more confusing than helpful.
