@Paul Perkins I thought it was quite clever and one I knew immediately.
@Jeff I actually changed EPS/REP to EvS/REv trying to find a mistake and was glad when it didn't finish the puzzle got me, as I really loved the EP cleverness. But you're right that either would have worked splendidly. To each his own.
@Kyle When I was growing up (I'm in my 40s), it was a common game to attempt to be the first to say "jinx"if you and another person said something identical at the same time. Then the person who got "jinxed" wasn't allowed to speak again until the person who said it first "unjinx"ed them. An alternate game for the same situation was to say "you owe me a Coke," although I'm still waiting to collect on a number of those.
@Lori Taum It's an expression that's been around since the 1960s, originally coined to talk about heroin withdrawal. It's become commonplace to use as a craving for practically anything. "I'm really jonesing for a cheesesteak right now."
@RozzieGrandma THANK YOU! I had postal as well, and managed to make enough incorrect cross clues make sense that I couldn't figure out where the error was.
@Byron Atari actually did make a line of home computers prior to the Commodore 64 coming into the market, so that would have been late 70s/early 80s. I think it sold a few million units.
