@CCNY Sometimes I need to start at night for Friday and Saturday puzzles. A little the night before, a bit in the morning, and finish it off later in the day if still needed.
@Jim yep same here as i beyond crushed my best time. i had to look a few times after i was done to make sure it wasn't a tuesday or wednesday (not kidding). enjoyed it, but was shocked.
112D - I wrote in LSAT when I read it, but only because it seemed like an obvious answer for a 4 letter clue about a lawyers. The question I have is, does one "pass" the LSAT? Unless the constructor is saying that you "pass by it" on your way. Seems odd.
@Marshall Walthew you didn't need to feel any kind of churlish to chime in here. In fact you were being way too kind. I see bk deals all the time and have honestly never seen a company "close" while in Chapter 11. If they did, they'd be giving up any revenue thereby putting themselves in a much worse position. The whole point of filing for bk is to reorg while you're open.
