Why is the S capitalized in "Land of Spot"? I cannot figure it out.

I still don’t get it. The answer is islet. What does that have to do with Spot from the children’s books. I get that an islet is a spot of land, but in this case Spot is capitalized. Help me please!

68 Across, "coldest possible temp on kelvin scale" is incorrect. Zero kelvin is immeasurable and therefore only theoretically possible.

@Rob Maitland I agree completely. Every time a rebus shows up, it just seems like they couldn't figure out a way to make the puzzle work.
