@R.J. Smith There was one! At the ACPT in 2023. It was an April Fool's joke, and every clue could be answered with the word "blank." It was my first time there, so it was the first puzzle I was ever given in a live competition. Oh boy, did I freak out for a minute before I saw more experienced solvers chuckling and raising their hands to indicate they were finished. One of many fond memories from that weekend.
I recently learned there are NYT minis for kids and I read that they are published the last week of each month. Is there a way to access these puzzles online? My 8 year-old and I are hoping to find them. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
