Weird cluing for 28D. IVF is generally not done on frozen eggs. In the vast majority of cases, the eggs are “fresh,” and the embryos are what get frozen.
@Harrison brutal! I finally unlocked it, but it was hard work to get there.
Did anyone else notice that the word SELF highlights in pale green on the browser-based puzzle (as opposed to the normal blue)?
@Jerry Agreed. I recently heard that Tre is often used as a nickname for someone who is the third generation to have a name (ie, John Smith III). In a similar vein, Skip is apparently sometimes used as a nickname for someone who has a name that skipped a generation (?!).
@BR The eels also got to rest today.
@Kyle I was stuck on car "mufflers" for the KOAS/KNIT cross and had to end up running letters to solve for that final K. So frustrating.
