@Petrol I’m curious how you pronounce PECAN that you think is so obvious? I know of three commonly used pronunciations: pih-CAN, pih-CAHN, and PEE-can.

I have never lived (or visited!) where pecans are a crop…but somehow I’ve landed on “PEE-can pie”, but “butter pih-CAHN ice cream”….
