I enjoyed the puzzle very much. No quibbles about usages that weren't as familiar to me. I sure needed the revealer to figure out what was going on! Thanks for the fun, constructors! And editors! Where's Letterbox?

Pleasant and breezy. Took me a few minutes to fill in CMAS when the A was part of the clue, not really Friday-like. No quibbles though. Happy weekend!

Aha! Thank you, @Steve! I am glad to know it. It seemed quite unlike nyt :) I don't know why it bugged me so much. Usually I am pretty pleasant and breezy, too.
