Extreme nitpick - but as a former beer nerd and one time home brewer - “a crispy lager” or “a bright lager” would’ve been more appropriate for a Pilsner, a nod to its Czech origins and the noble Saaz hops. But as I said, extreme nitpicking here.

Tough one but fun to solve in the end. One quibble about the Stein - while it *technically* can hold one PINT, a stein of beer in my mind is closer to two PINTS.
