This puzzle ruined my belief that I was getting good at this.

Clever, I suppose. But, srsly, how can anyone figure out the theme of this puzzle w/out being told? Too smart for me.

This was too cute and clever for my simple brain.

Interesting how spoilers in the Spelling Bee chat are considered felonies, bringing scorn and scolding, but are ok here. Don’t get me wrong : I prefer it more relaxed. Just a curious difference.

Puzzles where I have to guess what the constructor is thinking don’t work for me.
