@Dan As someone who normally drives on the right, my encounters with roundabouts while driving in Ireland were the hardest part of making the switch to left-side driving. I understand your struggle with this puzzle.

@Tony Oh my word!!! I didn't get that answer until I read your comment. I'm not fluent by any means but know enough Spanish that I should have caught that. Thank you!

@Bill in Yokohama LAMÊ is a shiny, metallic fabric. That accent mark is important, but we lose it on the grid, unfortunately. I hope that's helpful! :)

@SBK in TO I love that explanation. And I hadn't seen the word "adumbrate" in such a long time that I'd almost forgotten it!

@Rahul UNITEDWESTAND just makes me fear that United will adopt that as a new policy!

@Steve L I'm just here to see who else was annoyed by the SNL clue. :)

@Red Carpet I was thinking of "the great escape" as Jonah attempting to escape going to Nineveh.

@Weak Oh, this would have made me cry on a Wednesday! One isn't prepared for tricks on a Wednesday, even if one is ahead of the game and solving on a Wednesday that happens to be April Fool's Day.

@mirle234 I am so glad to see that someone else was struggling with that particular area of the puzzle. That one had me so frustrated!
