I’m 39 years old and have told time on an analog clock for as long as I remember, and ALWAYS thought the hand pointing to the hour was called the “big” hand and the minute hand the “little”! I even explained it recently to my 5 year old and added that it’s called the big hand even though it’s shorter than the other (but usually thicker!) and my husband didn’t correct me. Am I alone in this and have been wrong my whole life?!
