Loved this puzzle. Am I the only one who doesn’t mind looking up names? I like learning about new people I guess. And both of these were new to me - so thanks for the name look up! Anyway, also wondering if any other liturgy nerds thought the nuns habit was probably compline? Took a while to get that sorted. But overall so fun and not has hard as it looked.

@M not sure what kind of solver I am but it was very fun for me. I usually get stuck on the heavy trivia puzzles but this one went pretty smoothly for some reason?

I loved this puzzle and learned quite a few new things which is always a goal of mine. Anyone else have LASPOSADAS instead of NOCHEBUENA? I messed that NW corner up for myself for quite a while….
@Heidi oh I’m so glad to hear you say that. I actually tried hard to squeeze in Ferdinand too. Which is kind of an anti-Ferd ‘tude now that I think of it.
@Vaer we’ve been talking about earworms today and “I love you a bushel and a peck” was mine. For some reason it’s so much harder to delete a song lyric once I’ve convinced myself that it’s the answer. Glad I wasn’t alone with this one!
