I'm with yall. Animation or no animation, this slog of a puzzle was not worth it.

A perfectly fine Wednesday puzzle, but I didn’t find the theme to be satisfactory. A bit ham fisted.

This definitely took me a while longer than I would have liked -- I got too focused on "toys" as a concept instead of the PLAY on words. Still, enjoyed it overall. Never heard the term "cur."

cute animation at end. I got "SPEEDCUBER" early on and was befuddled -- couldn't connect the dots. But overall a fun puzzle when I figured it out.

Loved this theme! A pleasure to noodle around with.
