Kudos to Christina Iverson for her Strands puzzle today. It was really quite clever, both in its concept and layout!

Just want to share a comment on the Midi. I am loving the colorful animations, and especially today's! Certainly brightened my day!

We really enjoyed this puzzle and its delightful cluing! Ralph's comedy background was put to great use. We smiled and chuckled throughout!

Saturdays are probably my least favorite day. I enjoy Thursdays, which are challenging and full of clever, out-of-the box thinking. But this Saturday was one of my more enjoyable solves. I'm with others who have said that the fillers were sometimes opaque, and that cross of German cheese and DOT hung me up for awhile. But many of the answers were clued quite cleverly! I especially enjoyed "Dis/cuss?" I would say this was a very good shot for a first Saturday, and I hope to see more from Zachary David Levy.

Really clever theme! I don't often enjoy a Wednesday puzzle, but this one was a treat!

The last couple of days our stats show that we completed the crossword in significantly less time than we actually did. We'll gladly accept the boost to our average, but... wondered if anyone else has noticed this or if it's just a glitch with our account?

Registering a problem here and wondering if anyone else is having the same? The timer is very often messing up on the crossword, midi, and even the mini for this household. It doesn't seem to be the computer. I've contacted customer care many times, and they cheerfully reset the times. But it has become so frequent as to be a super annoyance. On today's Midi, for example, we finished it in 4 minutes and some seconds - much longer than our usual goal of getting it done in 2.5 minutes. But the timer added ten miutes to the final score. And the little chime reward when the puzzle is completed went off three different times. Now you may say, "What's in a score? Chillax." I'm not that evolved yet. Just wondering if this is a household thing or a NYT thing?
