@Caz I’m 43 and I was certain the big hand was the hour hand too for that reason but now I’m not sure what to believe. This feels like a Mandela Effect and I’m questioning my sanity.

@Jonathan Hancock’s signature was so large because he was the first person to sign and didn’t know how many others would end up signing the declaration over the course of months. The myth/speculation has been that he wanted George III to read the signature without needing glasses but there’s no evidence of that. Kind of like when you sign an officemate’s birthday card first and everyone’s signature that follows starts to get smaller and crowded out.

@Patrick car shares are companies like Turo and ZipCar where folks can loan out their personal car to others for the day. Uber and Lyft aren’t car shares.
