I thought 45-Across was “SHOUT IN THE OCEAN” at first, and was very shocked that NYT would allow such language, upon doing the “IT”/“OUT” replacement…..
@jennie I’m a millennial and I watched Nick-at-Nite. We know what “Get Smart” is. I actually thought the word “chaos” was spelled “kaos” as a kid, from watching the show.
