@The X-Phile I was one of those complainers. Then after a closer look I got it. I admit I was being a little thick. Not enough morning coffee perhaps.

This was a fun puzzle and I solved it, but I was temporarily confused when the iPhone app version didn’t credit filling in the word “found three times in this puzzle” as a rebus. It wasn’t until I replaced those with the initial letter that I got the “solved” screen. Was this an app flaw or is the Times getting away from rebuses? Anyway, I don’t mean to complain, it was a nice puzzle. Just curious. Thanks for any thoughts!
