Could someone explain why "Dark side of the moon?" has a question mark? The answer MARE is very literal. The clue had me assuming it was some sort of pun.

Like some others on this thread, I have a problem with TEENER. Both the clue (Sock Hopper) are no longer really in common use. What's more, searching online I find no reference to "Sock Hopper" meaning "One who attends a sock hop." Also - could someone explain how SEC is the answer to "Brut-ish"?

Sorry to say, a few really questionable clues in today's puzzle. * The answer to "Source of distress for a bull" barely makes sense. * I feel like "One leaving you in stitches" deserves a ? * "0 to 100, maybe" seem really iffy as well. Couldn't the 100 be any number?

@Barry Ancona The "Today's Theme" section seems to be missing. All I see is a two sentence story about giving away puzzles for free and not getting divorced. So the explanation for this non-theme remains elusive.

Calling someone from Maine a Mainer seems very normal to me. It's the Down Easter moniker that feels obscure...
