I wish these weird puzzles came with a warning for fans of normal crosswords. These pointlessly clever puzzles apparently have fans, but I just find them frustrating and headache inducing. It sadly takes me a while to realize that I will not be solving it after already investing time -- if there was a warning I wouldn't even start. Please don't attack me. I'm just being honest and apparently I am far less clever than the rest of you. I do fine most days and so I guess I just need to avoid Thursdays?

@Jacob --These Times puzzles are certainly not traditional crosswords. I don't enjoy the gimmicks, the dashes instead of clues, phrases instead of words. They are simply not enjoyable for me anymore.
