Very clever puzzle, and the best Constructor Notes in a while.

I solved this one with some effort, but then got the dreaded “at least one letter is wrong” message. Fate too much time checking, I finally gave up, hit the cheat button, and was told that the first two letters in 1A, CC , were wrong. BUT THEY WEREN’T. I’m not very happy to have my longest streak ever broken this way. Did anyone else have this problem? Can it be fixes by the Times? I have screenshots that show the situation clearly… Help!
