I really liked the puzzle in a puzzle but...No animation? I wanted the key to open a potral and suck me into a parallel universe. Oh well. Next time 😁
For those of you who are just starting out and are struggling, I'll just let you know that it used to take me forever to do the Monday puzzles and now they are a breeze. And super fun. Hang in there. Your brain will warm up.
No matter what day it is, I end up having to look something up. But I'm hanging in there. This was a fun puzzle. I got the theme only after I was almost done. I had the same flier/flyer situation. Bring it, Tuesday.

Cool!!!! I'm a sucker for the visuals.
After you cut the rebus in half, print out the puzzle, then fold it in fours, spin it like a top and watch it bloom into a flower, pick the petals of the flower, then eat them. In a few days you'll pass only the circled letters which will spell out PICK ONE GIMMICK.

@JT I'm kind of in the same boat. I feel like I used to be able to do better when I was 12. I read the article here about how to do a crossword and how to enjoy it and it helped me.
I love the phrase Uncanny Valley and I was under the delusion that I was the only one who knew about it and now everyone knows about it and I feel sad.... Great puzzle!

I couldn't let go of "something soft and melty" being brie. It was by downfall....

Fun puzzle! I live in Los Angeles so the baseball references were fine. I got stuck on the little ones like oafs. Happy 4th!

@Ian not at my son's baseball club. They start with coach pitch, then tees, then machine pitch then kid pitch.
Oh my God I can't believe I finished it. It was so arduous in the beginning. I was filled with rage. I looked up three words then things started to kind of appear. Definite feeling of satisfaction. Thanks for the torture! Xo
