You've been a joy, Deb - enjoy solving the crosswords on your own schedule 🥰
There is a Michigan left, but it is very specific to boulevards. Instead of going left at a light, you go right, cross all of the lanes to get in a left-turn lane that is between intersections, and then go left. It's supposedly better for traffic flow, but it takes a whole lotta getting used to if you are not from here!
Was anyone sad to see the crosswords demoted to the middle on the Games app? C'mon, the NYT Crossword is the King of Games and deserves the place of pride 👑
@Jane Wheelaghan Miami Heat is an NBA team
@Roberta Thank you so much - that "x" was my holdout all day, making me nervous that is bust a 952-day streak :o
@HeathieJ Do read the Tony and Anne Hillerman books as well - excellent!
Great job, Sue - a fun one for #841 on my current streak - from a friend of the Michigan Frackers ❤️
What's up with the app again? Crossword moved to the middle a while back, but then back to the top (as God intended!) But now it's back to the middle again :(
@Candy I have this same issue - app on my phone has today as 1,000 (🌞), but online NYT it's more like 600. Tech suggestion is to reload the app, but no way, I earned this streak! I feel like that will reset to what they have
@Chris Someone using a CB radio
@Larry Rekow I lost 409 days from my streak last week, but they did indeed fix it - I really appreciated it!
@Christiane I wondered about that and found that you need to look at the blog for the title, except on Sundays.
@Vaer I have the Android app - the Crosswords moved to the middle today 🤷♀️
@Shan An Android update earlier this week stole 409 from my streak :( Last Friday was 1265, Tues was 860 😭
@TeamTacoma Same! I'm in April of 2015. Have you figured out a way to find the archive blogs, though?
