Today when I click on the link to go to Wordplay it takes me to <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/29/crosswords/daily-puzzle-2024-09-30.html" target="_blank">https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/29/crosswords/daily-puzzle-2024-09-30.html</a> which says "Not Found". Can we get refunds for times when the service is unavailable?

In today's mini crossword in my browser I was unable to enter the ở in Phở. Nor was I able to enter the ʻo in ʻokina. How are you supposed to do that?
@Eric Hougland I did a search for 'wordplay' which, of course, only shows results for 'GamePlay'. I selected one of the GamePlay results then clicked WordPlay, then selected the first item on that list. Not exactly easy.
