Loved it. Totally made up for the ridiculous Connections puzzle today.

How many times I have had carnitas, carne asada, chorizo, pollo, even lengua wrapped in a tortilla with rice and beans and never made the burrito = little burro connection. Dios mio!

Really liked this puzzle, felt spot on for a Friday. Thanks, G & R.

Slightly Off, indeed. Many answers you never see. DJ and Charles have the best point - the center "South" section of the puzzle was laden with an excessive amount of esoteric proper nouns. As such, can't say I'm a fan of the overall construction, especially outside of a Saturday.

A handful of Xs, two Qs, multiple Vs, Ys and a Z. Every letter but W. Bravo, Josh.

A great concept for a Thursday, deftly constructed and at the right level of difficulty. Bravo.

@Amy K The Scary Movie answer is self referential i.e. it refers to its own clue, 62 across. "Scary Movie" is a parody of...a scary movie.

Hooray - based on the difficulty of this puzzle, it's already Saturday!

@Sam F Agreed here too - Friday proved much tougher than this. And Thursday was like a Wednesday. I'm all mixed up, man. Cats and dogs living together. Mass hysteria.
