Very fun puzzle! My lack of cultural (pop or otherwise...) knowledge only brought me trouble in the bottom-right corner; rest was smooth, and I enjoyed the theme. Love the Questlove feature; I've been getting into the Roots a lot lately, so it's cool to see them make an appearance in the crossword.

Really cool puzzle with some fun, thought-provoking fill and a clever theme. I particularly enjoyed the top right corner. My only gripe... I have never once said or heard of anyone using "OTOH" in text messaging, even as a joke! So that stumped me for a while. But it was luckily easy enough to puzzle through using the crosses so I had no trouble overlooking it. Loved the 59A/64A pair.
