Gooood evening! After a somewhat not-great day, it was nice to wind down with this puzzle. Being 13 and all, I didn’t entirely get all the clues and just tried to solve the other direction. Eventually, not in my greatest time, I solved it. My favourite puzzles are the ones that have an element of wordplay or theme like the Defying Gravity one a few weeks ago. Howdy :) I really enjoyed this Sunday! For cause of the fact that I am 13, I did ask my Dad for some help with this one, as I normally do with Fridays and Saturdays as well XD Spoiler alert. Anywho, when I saw the clue I put CSHARP but the other clues revealed that it was indeed, FSHARP. When I out that one down I knew I had a 5050 chance of getting it right, but also that there is probably another less common _SHARP language out there that I didn’t know about. I love programming and developing different things, websites, apps, etc. I have a lot to figure out yet, but I’m trying :) Have a lovely Sunday! Blessings🫶
Found this crossword enjoyable today and just discovered that there was a comment board for the crossword as well. Hello! As usual I found a couple clues tricky because I’m only 13 :) Happy fri-yay!

@The X-Phile That’s not me haha I don’t have an iPad and I’m not allowed to get any social media on my phone, at least until I’m 18!(The only way I can watch any social media is on the computer in the kitchen,) I was quite lucky to get NYT Games on my phone— and I’m happy I was able to!

Oof. That is all I have to say today. I mean some of them were easy for me, I knew OBVI right from the start though haha. Hardest for me today was 17A. Only got that after I figured out the downs. Also had to use the “Tricky clues” part of the column today. I love how my solve time progressively increases as the week goes on. Have a great Saturday!!
However, I did only learn about F# the other day lol Such a funny coincidence.
Wait, why aren’t the monthly bonus puzzles, weekly Midis, Connections: Sports Edition (I know this is in the news app but still) in the games app? (Hint to anyone from NYT that happens to be reading this, this would be nice :)
