As a zoomer, it’s kinda wild to see YEET and EBOY in an NYT puzzle. Fun theme, if a little easy — DAMAGING WINDS is great!
good crossword puzzle to help me through a breakup... strong fill/cluing and the theme was quite clever
"natick" apparently refers to "term i don't know" now, judging by this comment section. fun puzzle, GIL SCOTT-HERON reference made me smile
this article’s intro resonated with me — been trying to do the crossword daily for about a month, managed to knock out this monday puzzle in 5:15 with no googling/help. decent improvement for a short timeframe. simple but enjoyable theme this time with some fun fill, thanks for the puzzle!
had MEH instead of HEH, which gave me MEAT WAVES. kinda gross
very fun theme! i also got tripped up on ILIUM/SIMMS, but was a breeze to solve aside from that. could use some ESPRESSO myself as finals season gets into full swing...
nifty little natick with VIGODA and ALDA. fun puzzle otherwise but that's very odd
couldn't make heads or tails of the top part at first, but when i saw AREA FIFTY ONE it clicked. and seeing my favorite novel, CATCH TWENTY TWO, put a smile on my face! plus some really fun fill here (word with slow or strawberry and word after one fell stuck out to me). first time commenting on a crossword but very well done!
66-across. chef's kiss. immaculate, no notes. 54-across is really good too
pretty breezy puzzle and the gimmick was absolutely brilliant. big props dan, looking forwards to more
i have a daily nyt crossword calendar i've been doing on and off since jan 1 of this year, and there was a thursday puzzle similar to this one a few weeks ago (i believe it was from 2021-ish originally?) -- the difference there was that the revealer was MARGINALIA and the missing letters spelled out MARGIN on both sides. i don't dislike this one, it just didn't feel very intuitive
