Flew through the NW, NE, and SE, then really struggled with the remainder. I had TIARA instead of TRAIN and SENTRIES instead of SENTINEL which complicated things. Also kept wanting to put in either WAVETO or WAVEAT in the SW. Had to resort to 3 lookups to get through it all. This was a good puzzle, but still quite frustrating.

This was both really hard and enjoyable at the same time. The Poison clue was my favorite. Took way longer than it should've to figure it out but I had a big smile when it clicked.

The top half or so of this is ok, but the bottom section is just horrid. Way too much obscure trivia. Had to look up nearly everything. Thumbs down.

Managed to get all the theme answers but still could not figure out how 60A related to them all. It makes sense after reading the explanation but I just did not see it on my own.

This one took way longer than my average time but was an absolute joy to work through. Katie is one of the best constructors there is.

One of the better puzzles. Took a little over an hour but managed to get through without any assistance. Always feels great to get a Saturday without any lookups.

A good one. The top left had me stumped for a while until I remembered what 1A was referring to. Then everything fell into place.

I guess I was on the same wavelength as the constructor as I made it through this one pretty quickly. This week's Fri, Thurs, and even Wed were longer solves.
