Sorry to be a negative nancy, but I’ve been solving the crossword for a couple years now and it seems to be really going downhill lately. How is this a Monday puzzle? What is POESY? LOOIE? REFI? INURE? APING? What is a derring-do? Not to mention the pop culture references being impossible to solve unless you’re 60

Why does wordplay open in the app now instead of the browser? This makes it so that we have to repeatedly open and close wordplay if we are filling in the hard clues. At least have a button to open in browser.
