Thumbs up/down for crosswords would be a quick, functional addition to providing input on the general opinion.

What a sad state of affairs when the NYT puzzles go to considerable efforts to not include offensive terms throughout their offerings yet cannot be bothered in today’s midi crossword to censure the prefix cis- definition to chemistry or other non offensive language yet promote a known rude, unnecessary usage version of the term. Please don’t stoop so low to further unnecessary divisiveness, the country seems to already have plenty.
