This is the first Thursday puzzle I've ever done where I didn't have to look up any of the clues!! (I did still check my answers as I went, but I'm making progress!)

As a gen-z crossword player, CHARLIXCX and MIIS were the very first solves I got of this puzzle! I love when there are references that I actually understand in a puzzle haha.

Never have I seen a spelling of epilogue that didn't include the -ue at the end! I had no idea there was an alternate spelling!

Definitely my fastest time ever on a Friday. Really appealed to my Gen-Z sensibilities! Loved it.

Maybe I'm not as smart as I like to think I am, but I straight up don't understand how these clues fit with the solves. What does "turns on" have to do with BETTERDAYS? How does ALIT connect to "come down to earth?" Usually when I can't figure out a solve, seeing it makes me go "oooh" but with this puzzle it just left me more confused.
